A few quick questions before we start working together. Short answers are fine, and skip anything you'd rather not answer. It takes about ten minutes.
I'll read these and come back to you with the first thing we'll work on together.
What's collected. Only what you type into this form. No tracking cookies, no ads, no analytics, and your internet address isn't saved with your answers.
Where it goes. Your answers are saved on a server Doug owns, at his home, not in a big cloud company's data center. A short alert with your name, where you're based and your first answer goes to Doug's phone, through a notification app called Prowl. Then your answers are filed in a private folder on Doug's own computer.
Who sees it. Doug. He uses Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help organize his notes, so Claude may read your answers when it's helping him. Nobody else.
What it's never used for. It's never sold, rented or shared with anyone, and never added to a mailing list. It's only used so Doug can work with you.
Changing or deleting it. Ask Doug any time, by message or email, and your answers are deleted from the server and his folder. You can also send the form again to update your answers.
Please don't send passwords, account numbers, or anyone else's personal or client information. This form doesn't need them.
