The Money Path

The class is the door, not the product. You teach a free night; the free night is what earns. Here are four ways to make it pay — pick the one that fits you, and move up the ladder when you're ready.

The classes themselves are free to run · no license fee · no franchise fee
PATH 1

Just learn it — and get good, free

no selling

Run the classes to teach yourself and the people around you. You come out of ten nights genuinely fluent in AI, which is worth real money to your own work whether or not you ever charge a soul.

Earns: sharper at your own job · $0 out of pocket
  • Teach a friend, your team, your church group, your kids
  • Use the free marketing image and library finder to fill a room
PATH 2

Charge for the room

lowest lift to income

The free version fills seats. Then sell the private version: a company, a chamber of commerce, a library system, or a professional group pays you to bring the class in-house.

Earns: $250–$2,000 per booked workshop
  • Run two or three free nights to build proof and testimonials
  • Then pitch paid private sessions to businesses and groups
PATH 3

Do it for them

where the real money is

Every room of business owners has three or four people who say “I don't want to learn this — just do it for me.” That's your opening. Websites, commercials, automations, phone agents. The class is the cheapest lead generator you'll ever run.

Earns: $1,500–$60,000 per project
  • Teach the free class; watch who lights up
  • Offer to build the thing they just realized they need
PATH 4

Be their AI department

recurring income

The clients you build for need it kept running — updates, new automations, monthly content. Put them on a simple monthly retainer. Ten of these is a living, before a single big project.

Earns: $299–$999 per business, every month
  • Convert a done-for-you client into a monthly “AI on call”
  • Stack them — recurring beats chasing new jobs

Path 1 → Path 4 is a ladder. Most people start by teaching one free night. The rest follows the room.
